Four formulas. One routine.
Each one exists because a question could be answered with a trial. Nothing is here because it tested well in a dish.

A capsule that opens where it should.
Stomach acid is the reason most of a probiotic never arrives. TN-01 uses a capsule inside a capsule: the outer shell carries the prebiotic and dissolves early, the inner core stays shut until it is past the stomach.
- Outer shell
- Dissolves at pH 5.5
- Prebiotic layer
- 400mg polyphenol
- Inner core
- 24 strains, 53.6B AFU
- Delayed seam
- Opens past the stomach
Cross-section, TN-01 Daily Synbiotic. Drawn to scale from the manufacturing specification.

Two in the morning. Two at night.
The whole routine is four capsules and about fifteen seconds. Nothing in the range competes with anything else in it, which is why the morning and night formulas were designed as one thing.
- 07:00 TN-01 and TN-02
- Four capsules with water, before or with breakfast. The synbiotic does not need food; the multivitamin absorbs better with it.
- 08:30 AM-03 with your first coffee
- Theanine and caffeine were studied together far more than either was alone. Take it alongside, not instead.
- 22:15 PM-04, forty-five minutes before bed
- Glycine and magnesium need a little runway. Set it beside the light switch and it will not be the thing you forget.

I have taken something like this for nine years and this is the first one that printed the dose of every strain on the side of the jar. I checked three of them against the papers.

The bloating went first, around week two. The thing I did not expect was that I stopped thinking about it at all by week eight, which I suppose is the point.

PM-04 is the only sleep product I have used that does not leave me underwater the next morning. I sleep about forty minutes longer and wake up before the alarm.

Publishing the failed endpoints alongside the successful ones is not how this category behaves.
